With SESCO, the MIP can greatly reduce this time frame (from 10 to 30%). It is designed to produce real-time, in-field, qualitative data. The technology quickly defines the horizontal and vertical extent of the contamination plume. This information is then used to establish the areas for confirmatory laboratory testing with a Geoprobe.
