As a business owner, it is possible you may have to deal with environmental contamination on your property. Small accidental spills, perhaps created by prior owners and operations, can sit in the ground and groundwater for decades without being detected. And when you try to sell your property, the environmental testing required by the buyer or his bank will discover the contamination and the cleanup process must begin.
This workshop is designed to prepare you for this eventuality. By understanding the process and your funding options, it will not be intimidating. There are things SESCO can do to help you prepare.
